When will I receive my report?

No later than 48 hours after payment or within 48 hours after the inspection if payment is received before the inspection began. Typically within the same day the inspection is performed.

How long does a home inspection take?

On average, home inspections range from 2-4 hours depending on the size of the house.

Can I come along for the inspection?

Yes, however I recommend showing up during the last 30 minutes or so and I will give you a summary of the report in person and answer any questions you may have.

We decided to move on with another home, can you inspect the second home?

Yes, I also offer a $100 off discount on your second home inspection if the first home didn't work out.
