When will I receive my report?

No later than 48 hours after payment or within 48 hours after the inspection if payment is received before the inspection began. Typically within the same day the inspection is performed.

How long does a home inspection take?

On average, home inspections range from 2-4 hours depending on the size of the house.

Can I come along for the inspection?

Absolutely! I encourage my clients to walk through the home inspections with me so I can explain my findings as I see them and show them my process.

We decided to move on with another home, can you inspect the second home?

Yes, I also offer a $100 off discount on your second home inspection if the first home didn't work out, no questions asked!

Do you offer discounts?
